Knopp, Mary Beatrice, age 95 of Miamisburg, passed away Monday, October 12, 2015. She was born January 31, 1920 in Loretto, KY, the daughter of the late William R. & Mary M. (Cecil) Lyvers. She was a devoted member of St. Henry Catholic Church. Preceded in death by her husband Lawrence Knopp in 1991, 5 brothers and a sister. Mary was a loving mother and grandmother and is survived by 3 sons Dan Knopp & Bonnie of WA, Larry Knopp & Debbie of Miamisburg, Philip Knopp of Dayton, 6 daughters Elizabeth Schenfield & Jim of NC, Lora Smith & Phil of AZ, Faye Ryan & Bobby of Salem, OH, Susie Hite (Jim) of FL, Paula Rainwater & Dave of Canal Winchester, Pegi Sobey & Doug of WY, her brother Carl Lyvers, 3 sisters Bernice Ferriell, Lucille Edelen, Joyce Hornback all of KY, 13 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, 9 great great grandchildren, and a host of other family and friends. A Memorial Mass will be said on Tuesday, October 20, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Henry Catholic Church, 6696 N. Springboro Pike, Dayton, Ohio 45449. Burial Dayton National Cemetery.
