Allen, Mary M., age 85 of West Carrollton, passed away Sunday, September 14, 2014. She was born June 30, 1929 in Logan, WV, the daughter of the late Elco & Josie (Adkins) Cook. Mary was retired from Woody's. Preceded in death by her husband Willie H. Allen in 2003, and 4 brothers. She is survived by her daughter Claudette Smith and husband Sullivan, 2 sons Willie Allen, Jr. and wife Brenda, William Cook, 7 grandchildren Lexie Rudesill (Jason), Crystal Cook, Amanda Wenker (Ben), James Cook, Andrew Cook, Willie Allen, III, Brittney Allen, 5 great grandchildren Ian Sullivan Rudesill, Kaitlin Rudesill, Morgan Rudesill, Emma Rudesill, and Baby Wenker, 3 sisters-in-law Betty, Ruby & Donna Cook, and a host of other family and friends. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 18, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. from the SWART & WOLFE FUNERAL HOME, West Carrollton with Rev. Rob Wackerman officiating. Burial Miami Valley Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 12 Noon until the time of service.
