Cummings, Lois Jean, age 69 of Leesburg, Indiana, formerly of Miamisburg, passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 27, 2018 in Henderson, KY.

She was born on April 13, 1949 in Thornhill, Tennessee, the daughter of the late Kyle & Pauline M. (McAnally) Brogan.

Lois was a former employee of the Rathskeller Lounge with over 20 years of service, a member of the Teamsters Local Union #957; and Lois was a Race Car Driver in Powder Puff Drag Racing; winning first place several times.

She is survived by her 3 loving children Ardonna Angel, Larry "J.R." Essig, Jr., and John Slone  and wife Mandy, 5 grandchildren Blake Angel, Logan Essig, Dylan Essig, Marley Slone & Jack Slone, 5 great grandchildren Caleb Angel, Gabby Essig, Mia Angel, Emma Angel & Jayla Angel, lifetime best friend Betty Gillum, 3 sisters Judy Antrican, Joyce Coots, Brenda Gore and husband Sammy as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

A Graveside Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 01, 2018 at the Highland Memorial Cemetery with Rev. Joel Getts officiating.  If so desired memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in Lois' memory.
