Phillips, Lester D. "DeWayne", age 63 of Cincinnati, passed away on June 7, 2017 at Heartland of Miamisburg. He was born on January 30, 1954 in Walker Co., AL, the son of the late Lester B. & Jessie (Knott) Phillips. DeWayne was a member of the Redemption Christian Tabernacle. Preceded in death by his infant daughter Deborah Phillips, brother Gary Phillips & sister Peggy Jacobson. He is survived by his loving sister Myra Lakins and husband Frank, son Matthew Phillips, daughter Brandy Phillips, special friend Richard Ross, 3 grandchildren, 3 nephews Brian Parrett and wife Sheri, Timothy Wakefield, Christopher Jacobson and wife Amanda, 2 great nieces Chloe Wakefield & Jessica Parrett, great nephew Joshua Parrett,  as well as numerous other family members and friends. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 13, 2017 at 12:00 p.m. at the SWART & WOLFE FUNERAL HOME, West Carrollton with Pastor Todd Hoskins officiating. Burial Highland Memorial Cemetery.
