Ray, Leroy, age 69 of Dayton, passed away Tuesday, December 30, 2014. He was born March 12, 1945 in Grundy County, Virginia. Ray was retired from Campbell's Roofing. Preceded in death by his mother Eileen Conley, and his companion Pearl Tankersley. He is survived by his daughter Angie Marie Bemis of Milwaukie, Oregon, his brother Darnell Ray of Virginia, 3 grandchildren Robert Bemis, Julia Bemis, Alexis Bemis, and close friends James Robinson & Burt Campbell. A graveside service will be held on Friday, January 2, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at the Highland Memorial Cemetery, Miamisburg. The family will receive friends on Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the SWART & WOLFE FUNERAL HOME, West Carrollton.
