Shumaker, Laverne, age 86 of West Carrollton, passed away Sunday, May 25, 2014. She was born April 23, 1928 in Wayne County, IN, the daughter of the late Denver & Leona (White) Shumaker. She is survived by her daughter Carolyn Sweeney, her sister Patty Shumaker, 3 grandchildren Tommy, Chuck, & Deana, 3 great grandchildren Justin, Kaitlyn & Chucky, and 2 nieces Linda & Sarah Shumaker. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, May 29, 2014 at 2:30 p.m. at the Evergreen Cemetery.
