Gossett, Wayland Keith, age 56 of Carlisle, passed away on Thursday, June 14, 2018 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born on September 5, 1961 in Gadsden, Alabama, the son of the late Wayland & Myra Faye (Sims) Gossett. Preceded in death by his adoptive mother Grace Sims, 3 brothers Stevie Gossett, Greg Gossett and Shane Martin. He is survived by his loving wife Ronda (Harvey) Gossett, his daughter Courtney Grace Gossett, 2 sons Clarence Stewart, Jr., and wife Robyn & Paul Norris,  his brother Lamar Johnson, 3 sisters  Deeann Patnode, Malinda Lane & Cherrie Stearman,  3 grandchildren Tommy Stewart, Jeremiah Norris, Aiden Norris, and by 1 great grandson Jackson Stewart, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton in Keith's memory.
