Kathryn C. "Kathy" Dugan, age 70 of Moraine, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at Walnut Creek Senior Living Campus.

She was born on November 19, 1955, in Dayton, Ohio, the daughter of the late Barbra Joan Ingram and Billy Singleton.

Kathy was a retired employee of Kroger. She attended the Colonial Heights Christian Church in Kingsport, TN, and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

Preceded in death by her husband James P. Dugan on October 5, 2011.

She is survived by her loving daughter Brandy K. Dugan, her grandson Noah M. Dugan, her brother-in-law Dennis Dugan, as well as numerous other family members and friends.

A Graveside Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, March 27, 2026, at Evergreen Cemetery in West Carrollton with Dr. Dan Flory officiating. Please arrive at Swart Funeral Home, 207 E. Central Ave., West Carrollton at 12:30 p.m. on Friday, the funeral procession will leave the funeral home at 12:45 p.m. to Evergreen Cemetery.
