Karen Libecap, age 67 of Miamisburg, passed away peacefully on Friday, October 1, 2021 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on June 11, 1954 in Middletown, Ohio. Karen worked in the Garden Center at Home Depot for many years.

Preceded in death by her husband William J. "Zig" Libecap, her son Craig Weaver, and by her father James Robert Jordan.

She is survived by her daughter Tonya Johnson and husband Chad, her son Gabriel Short and fiancée Cami (Sutton) Short, her mother Mary Lou (Garland) Lastoskie, her brother Tony Jordan, 8 grandchildren Carl Holbrook and wife Jami, Zackary Weaver, Allyssa Weaver, Kristina Roberts, Caleb Short, Peyton Short, Brittany McDowell and husband Jakob and Cody Weaver,  3 great grandchildren Lucas, Hazel & Abigail, and a great grandbaby on the way, special friends Kay House, Janice Poole & Melissa Tomlinson,  as well as numerous other family members and many friends.

A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 09, 2021 at the Swart Funeral Home, West Carrollton.
