Judith "Judy" K. Fritts, age 80, of Eaton, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 11, 2023, at her home surrounded by her loving family.
She was born on January 24, 1943, in Dayton, Ohio, the daughter of the late Victor P. & Laura (McNinch) Dooley. Mrs. Fritts was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints in Eaton.
Preceded in death by her husband Roy Fritts, her son Jimmy "Jimbo" Dooley, infant brother Donald Ray Dooley, her brother Victor Dooley, Jr., and by her sister Barbara Davis.
She is survived by her loving daughter Cher "Charley" Weaver, son Ray J. "Mojo" Fritts, daughter Charlene Metcalf, 3 sisters Evelyn Wilson, Karen Dooley, and Teresa "Terry" Lockard, 5 grandchildren including Jeremiah Weaver and Jorden Weaver, who Judy helped to raise, and who also helped Cher care for Judy during her illness, 18 great grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 18, 2023, at the Swart Funeral Home, West Carrollton with Chaplain Violeta Gwynn officiating. Burial will follow at Sugar Grove Cemetery in West Alexandria. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (1 hour prior to service) on Saturday at the funeral home.
