Johnny M. Jones, age 76 of Miamisburg, passed away peacefully on Monday, April 10, 2023 at Ohio's Hospice of Dayton surrounded by his loving family.

He was born on October 17, 1946, in Welch, West Virginia, the son of the late Earl & Cora (Duncan) Jones.

Mr. Jones was a former Welder for Moody's of Dayton and a former employee of Dayton Tire & Rubber. Johnny loved to fish and hunt.

Preceded in death by his 2 brothers Doug Jones and Sherman Jones.

He is survived by his loving wife of 59 years Lois (Hobbs) Jones, his daughter Robin Wittman and husband George, his son John Jones, Jr., 3 brothers Donald Jones, Earl Jones, Jr., and wife Denise, Larry Jones and wife Susie, his sister Carol Pearson, brother-in-law Jessie "J.D." Hobbs, Jr., 2 grandsons Dylan Wittman and Brad Wittman and his great grandson Carter Wittman, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.

Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, April 14, 2023, at the Swart Funeral Home, West Carrollton with Pastor Jim Shihady officiating. Burial will follow at Highland Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. (2 hours prior to service) on Friday at the funeral home.
