Miller, Jr., John Thompson, age 86 of West Carrollton, passed away Sunday, May 5, 2013. He was born July 12, 1926 in Tampa, FL, the son of the late John Sr. & Bertha (Burns) Miller. Mr. Miller was a retired employee of Monsanto with 25 years of service, a life member of VFW Post #3438, and attended the Memorial United Methodist Church. Preceded in death by his sister Marilyn Johnson. He is survived by his wife Carolyn G. (Alexander) Miller, his son John T. Miller, III, of West Carrollton, his daughter Mary Beth Schmidt and husband Gerrard of Miamisburg, a brother Bill Miller and wife Verna of IN, 5 grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, May 14, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at the Evergreen Cemetery with Pastor Andy Wagner officiating.
