Joe D. Stephens, age 66 of West Carrollton, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 4, 2023, at Ohio's Hospice of Dayton. He was born on February 17, 1957, in Dayton, Ohio, the son of the late Mila (Trent) and George C. Stephens.

Joe was a retired Material Handler for General Motors with over 28 years of service. He was a member of the Miamisburg Moose Lodge #1645, Miamisburg. Joe enjoyed working on his classic car, attending car shows with his brothers, he was an avid pool player, and was a fan of NHRA Drag Racing.

Preceded in death by his brother Douglas Stephens.

He is survived by his 3 loving brothers Roger Stephens and wife Carole, Ralph Stephens and wife Karen, and Tony Stephens and wife Sherry, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 8, 2023, at the Swart Funeral Home, West Carrollton with Rev. Dr. Joel Getts officiating. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (2 hours prior to service) on Wednesday at the funeral home.
