JoAnne Perkins, age 73 of West Carrollton, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 15, 2025, at Kettering Health Network – Miamisburg, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on October 8, 1951, in Dayton, Ohio, the daughter of the late Susan B. (Blair) & Woodrow Brown.

JoAnne was active in her families lives, she enjoyed spending time with family and friends and attending the meetin' regularly.

Preceded in death by her granddaughter JoAngel Perkins, sister Patricia Miller, her brother-in-law Donald Miller, and her sister-in-law Jamie Herzog-Hawk.

She is survived by her loving husband of 54 years Arthur C. "Pete" Perkins, her daughter Susie Perkins, her son Greg Perkins and wife Savanna, her 3 sisters Sheila Kemper and husband Lloyd, Brenda Stapleton, and Jeanette Copas, her brother Mark Brown, her 5 grandchildren Allexah Perkins, Maverick Perkins, Kash Perkins, Crew Perkins and Brexton Perkins, best friends Connie Dorn, Jane Mayo and Carol Hime, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, March 22, 2025, at the Swart Funeral Home, West Carrollton with Mr. Tim Taylor officiating. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, March 21, 2025, at the Swart Funeral Home.
