Walters, Jessie, age 90 of West Carrollton, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at the Otterbein of Springboro. She was born on August 12, 1928 in Sweetwater, TN, the daughter of the late Orville & Katie (Cagle) Turpin. Mrs. Walters was a retired Manager of the 801 Credit Union. Preceded in death by her husband William R. Walters, daughter Kathy Walters, 2 grandchildren Brad Adkins & Becky Hoskins, 2 brothers Verlin & Shady Turpin, 5 sisters Lillian, Edith, Myrtrude, Maxine & Juanita.

She is survived by her loving daughters Pam Selleck and husband Mike, Cindy Walters, 4 grandchildren Amy, Sarah, Jesse, & Will, 15 great grandchildren Alyssa, Crysta, Kelsey, Zac, Seth, Bethany, Lukas, Stacy, Hunter, Gage, Cole, Chloe, Kameron, Hailie & Jacob, as well as numerous great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other loving relatives.

The family will receive friends from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Monday, January 14, 2019 at the Swart Funeral Home, West Carrollton. Funeral services will take place at 1:00 p.m. with Chaplain Tom Myers officiating. Burial will follow at the Evergreen Cemetery.
