Lykins, Jeffrey Lynn, age 45 of Miami Twp., passed away Monday, May 12, 2014. He was born September 4, 1968 in Springfield, Ohio. Jeff was employed by Delphi and was a huge Ohio State and UK fan. Preceded in death by his sister Kimberly Renee Lykins, and a niece Andie Lee. Jeff is survived by his parents Jimmie & Peggy Lykins of Moraine, 2 daughters Olivia Ann Lykins, Ellie Elizabeth Lykins both of Hilliard, his niece Autumn Green & husband Shawn of West Carrollton, and numerous aunts, other family members and friends. Jeff had a huge heart and will be missed by all. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 15, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. from the SWART & WOLFE FUNERAL HOME, West Carrollton. Burial Evergreen Cemetery.
