Black, Janet L., age 79 of West Carrollton, passed away Thursday, August 13, 2015. She was born September 23, 1935 in Shiloh Springs, OH, the daughter of the late Charles & Evelyn C. (Pope) McNinch. She was a member of Jacob Eby Chapter #571 O.E.S. Preceded in death by her husband Earl Keith Black, 4 sisters Virginia, Laura, Doris, JoAnn, and great granddaughter Grace. She is survived by her son Robbie Shumard, 3 daughters Debbie Lewis (Jesse), Angie Black, Mandy Gullett (Terry), her precious Prince (doggie), 7 grandchildren, Scott, Andrea, Stacy, Kim, Jamie, Jay, Dustin, and 11 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Monday, August 17, 2015 at 11:30 a.m. at the SWART & WOLFE FUNERAL HOME, West Carrollton. Burial Evergreen Cemetery.
