Collins, James Charles Scott "Jamie", age 42 of West Carrollton, passed away Sunday, October 30, 2016. He was born May 2, 1974 in Dayton, Ohio. Preceded in death by his father James Doolin, and grandparents Jack & Bessie Collins. Jamie is survived by his mother Jackie Faye Collins of West Carrollton, sister Melissa Booth of Kentucky, 3 nieces Brooke Booth, Lillian Booth, Hannah Booth, his nephew Zachary Booth all of Kentucky. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 9, 2016 at the Miamisburg Assembly of God Church, 501 N. Ninth Street, Miamisburg, OH 45342 with Pastor John R.
