Day, Jackie, "Jack", age 83 of Blue Creek, Ohio, formerly of Miamisburg, passed away on Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at his residence. He was born on July 17, 1934 in Cannel City, Kentucky, the son of the late Clarence & Mary (Gillispie) Day. Mr. Day honorably served his country in the U.S. Army. He was a retired Auto Mechanic for Ron's Marathon and was a member of the Gospel Lighthouse Church in Blue Creek. Preceded in death by his wife Patricia L. (Kincaid) Day on September 10, 2017, 2 sons Stephen & Larry Day, 3 brothers Jay, Paul & Ted, and 2 sisters Mildred & Daisy. He is survived by his 2 sons Jackie Day (Cheri), Mark Day (Nicki Berry), his daughter Patricia Wray (Gary), 2 sisters Ruth & Jerri Nell, 6 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and one great grandchild on the way. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, February 19, 2018 the SWART & WOLFE FUNERAL HOME, West Carrollton with Pastor Bruce McGuire officiating.
