Jackie Dale "Jack" Neff, age 67 of Dayton, passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 24, 2022 at Miami Valley Hospital surrounded by his loving family.

He was born on March 14, 1954 in Dayton, Ohio. Preceded in death by his father Dorsie Neff.

He is survived by his loving mother Darlene (Hayes) Neff, his sister Dolores Fradl, his niece April Fradl, 2 nephews Kris Priser and Tony Priser, best friends Steve Johnson, Eddie Perry & Mark Kakaris, as well as numerous other relatives and many, many friends.

A Graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 2, 2022 at Woodland Cemetery in Dayton with Pastor Wayne Woody officiating. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Swart Funeral Home, West Carrollton on Wednesday, procession will leave the funeral home at 1:15 p.m. to the cemetery.
