Wirtz, Jack F., age 82 of West Carrollton, passed away Monday, December 9, 2013. He was born April 6, 1931 in Dayton, the son of the late Riley & Jean (Haines) Wirtz. Jack was a retired Accountant. Preceded in death by his wife Donna M. Wirtz in 2012, and his step-father Howard Fleck. Survivors include his son Jay Wirtz and wife Jo of Miamisburg, and a grandson Tony Wirtz of Miamisburg. Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 13, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. at the Woodland Cemetery Mausoleum Chapel. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service. Burial will follow. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society in his memory.
