J. Randall "Randy" Webner, age 87 of Miamisburg, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 17, 2023, at the Sycamorespring Skilled Nursing Center surrounded by his loving family.

He was born on August 20, 1935, in Wooster, Ohio, the son of the late Harold & Helen (Allison) Webner.

Mr. Webner was a retired Salesman for Paramount Foods with over 30 years of service. He was a member of the Central Presbyterian Church, Alpha Lodge #729, Dayton, and the Scottish Rite Valley of Dayton. Randy was also very active with the Antioch Shrine, the Antioch "Funsters", and his clown nickname was "Bis-Kits".

He is survived by his loving wife of 65 years Barbara (Norheimer) Webner, his son Jack Webner and wife Marsha, his daughter Pam Preston and husband Chuck, 3 grandchildren Connor Webner and fiancée Cheyenne Isaacs, Hannah Webner and fiancé Austin Smith, and Wesley "Wes" Preston, and by 2 great grandchildren Hazel Webner and Kiley Preston.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 21, 2023, at the Central Presbyterian Church, 4699 Lamme Road, Dayton, Ohio 45439 with Pastor Cliff Haddox officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. (2 hours prior to service) on Tuesday at the church.
