Martin, Gregory Scott, age 48 of Dayton, passed away on Wednesday, March 29, 2017. He was born on April 6, 1968 in Dayton, Ohio. Preceded in death by his mother Regina (Musick) Martin. Greg is survived by his father Tandy Martin, his daughter Ashley Marie Hackworth, his son Matthew Gregory Martin, a brother Billy Phillips, 2 sisters Tanya Martin Holliday and Shannon Lee Martin Humphrey, the mother of his children Laura Triplett, 4 grandchildren Michael, Cadence, Addyson & Kylie Hackworth, as well as numerous other relatives and many friends. A funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, April 7, 2017 at the SWART & WOLFE FUNERAL HOME, West Carrollton with Pastor David Renfro officiating.
