Greg R. Richardson, age 64 of Miamisburg, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at Kettering Health Network – Miamisburg.

He was born on March 22, 1962, in Kettering, Ohio, the son of the late George & Gloria (Houtz) Richardson.

Greg was employed as a Software Administrator at WPAFB, where he gave many years of dedicated service. He enjoyed bowling and participated in several leagues over the years. He also enjoyed golfing, cheering on the San Francisco 49ers and Cincinnati Reds, and spending time watching a wide variety of movies, from comedies to horror films.

He is survived by his three loving children, Jacob Richardson and wife Jaleesa “Jay”, Samuel Richardson, and Ali Richardson; his sister, Gail (Richardson) Yarnall and husband Dana; his brother, Grant Richardson; his granddaughter, Hannah Richardson; his grandson, Ashe Richardson; as well as other family members and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, September 14, 2026, at the Swart Funeral Home, West Carrollton, with Pastor Brian Maguire officiating. Inurnment will follow at Miami Valley Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (2 hours prior to service) on Monday at the funeral home.
