Frank E. Harper, Jr., age 60 of Castine, OH, passed away on Sunday, November 10, 2019 at his home. He was born on January 10, 1959 in St. Augustine, Florida.

Frank honorably served his country in the U.S. Army; he was a Machinist for Parker Hannifin for 20 years and an employee of Med-Pro with 15 years of service. Frank attended St. Henry Catholic Church and enjoyed playing silly cards with the ladies.

Preceded in death by his son Cheyenne Harper, and by his father Frank E. Harper.

He is survived by his loving mother Barbara J. (Meyer) Harper, his brother Mark Harper and wife Dana, sister Hope Harper, his grandson, and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 21, 2019 at St. Henry Catholic Church, 6696 N. Springboro Pike, Dayton, Ohio 45449 with Father Jerome Bishop, Celebrant. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday at the Swart Funeral Home, West Carrollton. A committal service will take place at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday at the Mound Hill Cemetery in Eaton.
