Wax, Flo A., age 49 of Dayton, Ohio, passed away on Friday, September 27, 2019. She was born on June 17, 1970 in Dayton. Flo was a member of the Cornerstone Missionary Baptist Church, Miamisburg. Flo loved and attended many local Bluegrass performances and festivals.

She is survived by her 3 loving daughters Nicole Wax (Steve Swink), Brooke Wax Black, Paige Lyons (Adam), her parents June & Frank Kendrick, Sr., her brother Frankie Kendrick, Jr., (Ginger), her sister Terri Ferrell (Ron), uncle Kenny Mason, niece Taylor Kegley, nephew Dustin Kendrick, special cousin Tonya Shelton, 7 grandchildren Lexy Williams, Danny Williams, Dylan Williams, Devin Williams, Brayden Swink, Kaylinn Black, and Caiden Williams, as well as numerous other family members and many friends.

A Memorial Service will be held at 12:00 p.m., on Tuesday, October 8, 2019 at the Cornerstone Missionary Baptist Church, 6506 Gillen Lane, Miamisburg, OH 45342 with Pastor Donald Bateman officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (2 hours prior to service) at the church on Tuesday.

A Celebration of Life will take place from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 8, 2019 at the Swart Funeral Home, 207 E. Central Ave., West Carrollton.
