Downing, Enola Jean, age 81 of Dayton, passed away Friday, February 7, 2014. She was born July 23, 1932 in Dayton, the daughter of the late Earl & Evelyn (Allen) Ward. Preceded in death by her husband Ralph H. Downing, a brother Ronnie and 2 sisters Arline & Sharon. Survived by her son Douglas H. Downing (Sandy), 2 daughters Regina S. Shiverdecker (Dennis), Rebecca L. Montanez, 2 brothers Darrell Ward (Joyce), Denny Ward (Marybeth), 4 sisters Diane Baker (Eddie), Mary Lou Daniel, Linda Ward, Rhea Smith, 4 grandchildren Glen, Jon, Justin, Tricia, 3 step-grandchildren Tammy, Jason, Shelley, 6 great grandchildren and a host of other family and friends. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, February 11, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. from the SWART & WOLFE FUNERAL HOME, West Carrollton. Burial Evergreen Cemetery.
