Finch, Edna Faye, age 83 of Germantown, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 29, 2023, at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on June 22, 1940, in Middlesboro, KY, the daughter of the late Paris E. & Rosa (Litrell) Hill.

Edna was a ray of sunshine and brightened everyone's day; she adored all animals; and she especially loved watching the hummingbirds. Edna loved spending time with her family and enjoyed going to the casino with both of her girls.

Preceded in death by her husband Lawrence "Larry" Finch on March 28, 2020, her 2 brothers Roy Hill and Joe Hill and by her sister Lorraine Justice.

She is survived by her 2 loving daughters Debra Kincaid and husband Kevin, and Donna Tipton and husband Jimmie, 4 grandchildren Jason Tipton and wife Betsy, Jennifer Burke and husband Tim, Leah Schmidt and husband Caleb, and David Tipton, 16 great grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, September 1, 2023, at the Swart Funeral Home, West Carrollton with Pastor Caleb Schmidt officiating. Burial Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. (2 hours prior to service) on Friday at the funeral home.
