Allen, Edna M. age 73 of West Carrollton, passed away on Friday, April 18, 2014 in her residence.  She was born on May 21, 1940 in Livingston, KY, the daughter of the late Joe & Della (Morris) Daugherty.  Preceded in death by 2 brothers, William and Tillman Daugherty.  Edna is survived by her husband of 53 years, Arley E. Allen, her son David Allen & wife Sandra, her daughter, Theresa Allen-Carney & husband Michael, 4 brothers Mitch Daugherty & wife Maxine, Roy Daugherty & wife Telvis, Burgess Daugherty & wife Barbara Ann, Eddie Daugherty, 4 grandchildren, Lindsey Quillen & husband Donnie, Kelsey Eck & husband Zach, Tyler Allen and Meagan Carney as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other family members & friends.  Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 23, 2014 at 1:00 PM at the Grace Baptist Church, 851 S. Elm Street, West Carrollton with Rev.
