Phillips, Douglas W. "Doug", age 61 of Miami Twp., passed away Thursday, November 6, 2014. He was born August 16, 1953 in Dayton, the son of Raymond R. & Jean (Miller) Phillips. Doug was a member of the Fraternal of Eagles. Preceded in death by his father. He is survived by his wife of 37 years Christy Phillips, 2 daughters Melissa Bowman of Kettering, Amy Phillips of West Carrollton, his mother Jean Phillips of Miami Twp., 3 grandchildren Nathan & Nicholas Bowman, Hayden Huffman, close cousin Danny Phillips of FL, and a host of other family members and friends. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 12, 2014 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the SWART & WOLFE FUNERAL HOME, West Carrollton.
