Starnes, Dorothy P., age 86 of West Carrollton, passed away Wednesday, February 8, 2017. She was born on November 6, 1930 in Phillipsburg, OH, the daughter of the late Ira & Clara (Landis) Petering. Preceded in death by her husband Donald Starnes in 1991. She is survived by 2 daughters Gail Starnes of Lexington, KY, & Penny Walters (Rich) of Miamisburg, 2 grandchildren Chadd Walters & Zack Walters (Ann), 3 great grandchildren Hayden, Karsen, & Calvin as well as other family members and friends. A Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, February 14, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at the Miami Valley Memory Gardens.
