Dorothy M. "Dottie" Adkins, age 96 of Miamisburg, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 11, 2023, at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on November 14, 1926, in St. Louis, MO, the daughter of the late Charles Ramsey & Sylvia (Holford) Ramsey.

She was preceded in death by her husband Tilford Adkins, her son Terry Adkins, daughter-in-law Carol Adkins, 2 daughters Mickey Lynn Johnson, April Bell & Dixie Lee Schroeder, 2 brothers Earl Ramsey & Vernon Ramsey and by her sister Beulah Welch.

She is survived by her 2 sons Jerry Adkins and wife Nancy & Darrell Adkins, 3 daughters Lynn Egnor, Kathleen Barrett, and Lisa Adkins, numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and several great great grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 17, 2023, at the Swart Funeral Home, West Carrollton with Rev. Dr. Joel Getts officiating. Burial Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 9:30 a.m to 11:00 a.m. (1 ½ prior to service) at the funeral home on Saturday.
