Doris Doherty, age 91 of Springboro, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 23, 2024, at her daughter's home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on July 21, 1932, in Sinking Springs, Ohio, the daughter of the late Alfred & Katie (Dugan) Robinson.

Mrs. Doherty was a retired employee of Monarch Marking with over 40 years of service. During her time with Monarch Marking, she also assisted with Donations for United Way, and was responsible for organizing Monarch Marking's Christmas Program.  She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Kettering.

Preceded in death by her husband Eugene A. "Gene" Doherty on April 17, 2020, her 2 brothers Forney Robinson and Lowell Robinson, and by her 3 sisters infant sister Ethel Robinson, Beatrice Edgington and Olive Thomas.

She is survived by her loving family: her daughter Robyn Wiltshire and husband Jim, her son Ray Doherty and wife Deana, 5 grandchildren Brenton Carter and wife Miranda, Ashley Larson and husband Heath, Brock Doherty and wife Rebecca, Joshua Wiltshire, and Rachel Deitner and husband Jonathan, 3 great grandchildren Mason Carter, Ainsley Larson & Kace Larson, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, April 29, 2024, at the Swart Funeral Home, West Carrollton. Pastor Patrick Stalnaker officiating. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:30 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. (½  hour prior to service) on Monday at the funeral home.
