Bonar, Donald Ray, age 70 of Moraine, passed away Thursday, January 21, 2016. He was born March 22, 1945 in Huntington, West Virginia, the son of the late Elvin & Garnett H. (Blankenship) Bonar. He honorably served his country in the U.S. Army. Preceded in death by 3 sisters. He is survived by his wife of 40 years Clodine (Smith) Bonar, his son Donald E. Bonar (Emily) of Moraine, his daughter Sheila Pinney (Randy) of New Paris, a sister Rita Akina of CA, 4 grandchildren Levi & Lucas Pinney, Natalie & Gabriel Bonar, and a host of other family and friends. A memorial service will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be to the Wounded Warrior Project in his memory.
