Baby Lafferty, entered into the Arms of Jesus on Wednesday, December 29, 2021 at Miami Valley Hospital.

Preceded in death by great grandfather Noah Williams, Jr.

Survivors include Baby's loving parents Evelyn Horn & Noah Lafferty, big brother Logan Horn, maternal grandparents Gina & Donald Horn, Jr., paternal grandparents Brandy Clausen and husband Alyn, John Lafferty and wife Christina, paternal great grandparents Anna & Donnie Crutcher, and Kathy & Robert Jacobs, great great grandfather Noah Williams, Sr., uncles and aunts Jay Horn, Dustin Horn and wife Angel, Precious Angel, Darrell Angel and wife Brittany, Layne Clausen, Markus Curd, Brooke Curd, Brandy Dean, as well as numerous other relatives.

A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 15, 2022, at the Swart Funeral Home, West Carrollton with Pastor Donald Horn, Jr., officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. (1 hour prior to service) on Saturday at the funeral home.
