Parrett, Denver, age 79 a longtime resident of West Carrollton, passed away Wednesday, March 16, 2016. He was born January 18, 1937 in Dabolt, KY, the son of the late Robert & Martha (Wells) Parrett. Dad and Mom are well known in the area for Auto Repair Shops, Denver's Marathon, Oakcreek Shell, Denver & Sons Auto Repair & Towing. Very proud of the many great employee's and dedicated customers over the years. Preceded in death by 3 daughters Teresa Parrett, Treva Parrett & Tonya M. Parrett Anderson, 2 grandsons Donald "Taylor" Hatton & Brandon Scott Parrett, 3 brothers Willis Wells, Robert Parrett, Jr., Glen Parrett, 2 sisters Mary Parrett & Vina Parrett. He is survived by his wife of 56 years Georgia M. (Wilburn) Parrett, 2 sons Tom D. Parrett (Tonja), Robert D. Parrett (Renee), brother Paul Parrett, 9 grandchildren Joshua Parrett (Tiffany), Anthony Parrett, Austin Parrett, Robert D. Parrett, Jr., (Holly), Travis M. Parrett (Shelby), Douglas G. Hatton, Harley D. Anderson, Presley B. Anderson, Jack A. Anderson, 7 great grandchildren Caleb, Emma, Faith, Robbie, Addison, Skyler, and Cayden. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at the SWART & WOLFE FUNERAL HOME, West Carrollton with Rev. Bennie Sutherland officiating. Burial Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
