Debra J. (Mottolo) Lewis, age 62 of Beverly Hills, Florida, formerly of Dayton, Ohio passed away on Sunday, March 4, 2018.  She was born on July 29, 1955 in Hamilton, Ohio the daughter of the late Frank & Ora (Bowling) Mottolo. She was a former employee with the U.S. Census Bureau. Preceded in death by husband Roger L. Lewis, on February 27, 2010, her brother Frank J. Mottolo, 2 sisters Karen Wilson & Carol Carico, special nephew Robert Thackeray, and several aunts and uncles. She is survived by her loving daughter Jill J. (Mottolo) Day, 2 granddaughters Samantha Barton, and Harlie Day, her sister Cathy (Mottolo) Vance, her nieces Dorothy Barnes and husband Tom, Angela Vajen and husband Tom, Cindy Norton, Lydia Thackeray-Davis, nephew Timothy Thackeray, many great nieces & great nephews, as well as other family members and many friends. A Celebration of Life will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 14, 2018 at the SWART & WOLFE FUNERAL HOME, West Carrollton with Chaplain Jimmy Smith officiating.
