Debra Ann "Deb" Scott, age 63 of  Centerville, passed away peacefully on Friday, November 15, 2019 at Southview Medical Center surrounded by her family. She was born on May 4, 1956 in Kettering, Ohio the daughter of the late Gloria (Martin) Harris & James Brown.

Mrs. Scott was a Registered Nurse with over 30 years of service; a former employee of Carlisle Manor and she also was a Surveyor for the State of Ohio. Preceded in death by her brother Robert Fouch, Jr., and her sister Jeanette Brown.

She is survived by her husband Frank H. Scott, 2 sons Chris Truett, and Joe Truett and wife Stephanie, 2 brothers James Fouch and wife Kathy & Gregory Brown, 2 sisters Diana Truett (Jim Crawford) & Linda Larson and husband Edwin, her 4 precious granddaughters Ashley  Truett, Virginia Truett, Sophia Truett & Alayna Peercy, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

A Gathering of Family & Friends will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, November 22, 2019 at the Swart Funeral Home, West Carrollton. If so desired memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Greater Dayton in Deb's memory. www.swartfuneralhome.com.
