Dean James Porter, age 65 of Dayton, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at his home. He was born on August 23, 1956 in Dayton, Ohio, the son of the late Simon James & Lorene (Wombold) Porter.

Dean was a 1974 graduate of West Carrollton High School and the MC Joint Vocational School where he participated in the Printing Program.  He was a former employee of Dayton Blueprint, and a member of the Memorial United Methodist Church in West Carrollton. Dean also enjoyed working with camera's and taking photographs.

Preceded in death by his sister Joyce Knedler.

He is survived by his 2 brothers Kent Porter and Mark Porter & wife Sally, his sister Cheryl Brubaker, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later time.
