Craig Edgington, age 64 of New Lebanon, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, at Kettering Health Network – Main Campus, surrounded by his loving family.

He was born on November 27, 1959, in Dayton, Ohio. He is preceded in death by his adopted parents Beatrice "Bea" & Roy Edgington, and by his biological parents Irene (Williams) Bush & Richard Everetts.

Mr. Edgington was the Owner & Operator of Sunshine Painting along with his brother Rick Everetts with 23 years of service. He was a former truck driver for the United States Postal Service with 10 years of service, and a former employee of South Town Painting, Inc. with 8 years of service. Craig attended the Miami Shores Baptist Church. He was an avid Buffalo Bills fan, he enjoyed NASCAR, fishing, hunting, and especially spending time with his family and friends.

He is survived by his loving wife of 46 years Carla (Brewer) Edgington, his daughter Katie Reese, his 2 sons Michael Edgington and wife Alexis and Justin Edgington (Lexi Lawson), his 3 sisters Vivian Martinez, Michelle Everetts, Sherry Mendez, his  5 brothers Rick Everetts and wife Connie, Rex Bush, Keith Abrahamson, Tony (Cathy) Everetts, and Chad (Becky) Everetts, 6 grandchildren who he adored, David Reese, Tyler Durham, Gunnar Wilson, Lylia Edgington, Westin Wilson and Laikyn Edgington, dear friends Jayme Mack & Justin Baker, his God son Daniel Parker, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at the Miami Shores Baptist Church with Pastor Doug Surber officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. (2 hours prior to service) on Tuesday at the Miami Shores Baptist Church. If so desired memorial contributions may be made to the Swart Funeral Home in West Carrollton to assist the family with expenses. Arrangements entrusted to the Swart Funeral Home, West Carrollton.
