Payne, Clinton Robert "Clint", age 23 of Miamisburg, passed away Tuesday, April 21, 2015. He was born October 19, 1991 in Kettering, Ohio. Clint was a Machinist for the Thaler Machine Company. Preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Clayton and Ethel Sykes, and his paternal grandmother Judith R. Payne. He is survived by his loving wife Kacie M. (Mayo) Payne, his mother Winona May and husband Rick of West Carrollton, his father Robert W. Payne, Jr., and wife Rita of Dandridge, TN, his brother Clayton Payne of West Carrollton, paternal grandfather Robert W. Payne, Sr., of Dayton, his in-laws Gary Mayo of West Carrollton, Bonita Mayo of San Diego, CA, and a host of other family members and friends. The family will receive friends on Sunday, April 26, 2015 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the SWART & WOLFE FUNERAL HOME, West Carrollton.
