Lotridge, Cleo, age 84 of Moraine, passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 24, 2019 at Heartland of Miamisburg. She was born on September 22, 1935 in Richmond, Kentucky the daughter of the late Major & Opal (Green) Webb. Mrs. Lotridge was a retired Bus Driver for the West Carrollton City Schools. Preceded in death by her husband Robert Lotridge in 1997 and her sister Helen Pressel. She is survived by her twin daughters Deaneane DeLong and Denise Wallace, several grandchildren & great grandchildren, as well as other relatives and many friends.
