Harvey, Chester, age 89 of Carlisle, passed away on Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born on February 14, 1928 in Breathitt Co., KY, the son of the late Tide & Bessie (Miller) Harvey. He was an Auto Mechanic for over 30 years retiring from Fink-Jeske Chevrolet.  Preceded in death by his wife Phyllis Jean Harvey in 1985, brother Walter Harvey, and a great grandson Colton Norris. He is survived by his loving daughter Ronda Gossett &  husband Keith, sister Elsie Rossdietcher, 2 grandsons Clarence Stewart, Jr. and wife Roberta & Paul Norris, 3 great grandchildren Tommy Stewart, Jeremiah Norris & Aiden Norris, 1 great great grandson Jackson Stewart, as well as numerous other family members and many friends. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m.  on Saturday, July 1, 2017 the SWART & WOLFE FUNERAL HOME, West Carrollton with Pastor David Steward officiating. Burial Evergreen Cemetery.
