Carl S. Hibbard age 83 of West Carrollton, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 3, 2025. He was born on June 28, 1942, in Detroit, Michigan, the son of the late Jeanne (Eddy) and Harold Hibbard.

Mr. Hibbard honorably served his country in the U.S. Army. Carl was a retired Training Instructor for General Motors with 35 years of service. He was a member of the VFW Post #3438 in West Carrollton and the MARA (Mound Amateur Radio Association) in Miamisburg.

Preceded in death by his wife Judith "Judy" Hibbard on April 14, 2016, and by his sister Joanne Davis.

He is survived by his daughter Elizabeth Hibbard, his 3 grandchildren Sophia, Charles and Andrew, his son Craig Hibbard and wife Val, his daughter Christine Cane, his friend Christine Callahan, as well as other family members and many friends.

Graveside Military Honors will be conducted by the Combined Honor Guard at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 28, 2025, at the Evergreen Cemetery, 401 N. Miami Ave., West Carrollton, Ohio 45449 with followed by a light reception at the VFW Post #3438, 5441 Marina Dr., West Carrollton, Ohio 45449.  If so desired memorial contributions may be made to the VFW Post #3438, in memory of Mr. Carl S.
