Cam is survived by his father Scott Joseph Juarez, his mother Kelsie Rene Fleming, 2 brothers Cristiano & Jackson, 2 sisters Skylar & Jillian, his grandparents Regina & Don Dixon, Dawn & Charlie Johnston, and a host of other family members. Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 15, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. at the Dryden Road Pentecostal Church, 3201 Dryden Road, Moraine, Ohio 45439 with Rev. Bennie Sutherland officiating.
