Brooke Lynn Wax, age 29 of West Carrollton, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 25, 2023, at the Kettering Health Network – Miamisburg, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on February 11, 1993, in Dayton, Ohio. Brooke was a member of the Cornerstone Missionary Baptist Church.

Preceded in death by her mother Flo A. (Kendrick) Wax, and by her paternal grandmother Delores Wax.

She is survived by her loving children Kaylinn Black & Caiden Williams, her father Roger Wax, Jr., 4 sisters Nicole Wax, Paige Lyons and husband Adam, Taylor Kegley and husband Arron, and Ava Wax, 2 brothers Roger Wax, III, and Ashton Wollshager, maternal grandparents June & Frank Kendrick, Sr., paternal grandparents Roger & Diane Wax and Linda & Rick Hendricks, her uncles & aunts Frankie Kendrick, Jr., and wife Ginger, Terri Ferrell and husband Ron, Billy & Jeff Wax, Tracy Wax,  Matthew Wax, David Frese and wife Kristi, Johnny Evano and wife Tuuli, Carlie Hoffer and husband Michael, nieces & nephews, Lexi, Danny, Dylan, Devin, Brayden, Colson, Dale, Chloe, Cora, Octavia & Roger IV, as well as numerous cousins including special cousins Tonya Shelton, Dustin Kendrick, Sierra Taylor, Erica Keys, Brittany Knox, Amanda Flynn and Jordynn Kostyal, other relatives and many friends.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 31, 2023, at the Swart Funeral Home, West Carrollton with Pastor Donald Bateman officiating. Burial Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Monday at the Swart Funeral Home.
