Harmon, Billy J., age 57 of Germantown, passed away Sunday, May 22, 2016. He was born July 18, 1958 in Longbow, Montana, the son of the late Johnie & Mary (Lipscomb) Harmon. Preceded in death by his son Billy, Jr., and a brother Charles Baker. He is survived by 2 daughters Crystal Harmon of Germantown, Heather Holt (Justin) of Dayton, his life partner of over 20 years Shirley Fudge, 8 grandchildren, and numerous brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.
