Thomas, Barbara Ann, age 58 of West Carrollton, passed away Thursday, September 18, 2014 at Hospice of Dayton. She was born May 8, 1956 in Dayton, the daughter of the late John Henry & Oma (Pennington) Thomas. Barbara worked as an Admissions Representative for Miami Jacobs in Dayton. She is survived by her brother John Ray Thomas of West Carrollton, 2 sisters Brenda Bennett and husband Rick of West Carrollton, Leann Powers and husband David of Lebanon, her uncle Donnie Thomas of Lebanon, her aunt Janet Thomas of Lebanon, as well as other family and friends. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 27, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at the SWART & WOLFE FUNERAL HOME, West Carrollton. The family will receive friends from 12 Noon until the time of service. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton, envelopes available at the funeral home.
