Ann Willis Bain, age 94 of Germantown, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at Ohio's Hospice of Butler and Warren Counties. She was born on February 29, 1932, in Pittsburgh, PA, the daughter of the late Phillip Augustus & Anna (Hoke) Willis.

Mrs. Bain majored in fine arts and was a calligrapher. She taught calligraphy and the Franklin and Centerville Libraries and judged art for Art on the Lawn in Yellow Springs, Ohio. Ann was a member of Guild of the Golden Quill.

Preceded in death by her husband Warren L. "Lee" Bain, her son Brian Lee Bain, and by her granddaughter Roquel Heaven Bain.

She is survived by her loving daughter Elizabeth A. Bain, her nephew David Tarnoff and wife Karen, her niece Katherine Tarnoff and wife Karen, her great nephew Matthew Tarnoff, as well as other family members and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, March 27, 2026, at the Swart Funeral Home, West Carrollton with Pastor Tom Myers officiating. The family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (2 hours prior to service) on Friday at the funeral home.
