Alice B. (Griffiths) Thomas, age 86 of West Carrollton, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 25, 2025, at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on September 24, 1938, in Cincinnati, Ohio, the daughter of the late Charles and Mary Alice (Duraval) Griffiths.

Alice graduated from Mt. Vernon Academy and attended Andrews University.  She was former employee of Kettering Health Network – Main Campus serving in both the Radiology Department and the Medical Records Department. Alice was a piano accompanist for the Blend Wrights for over 20 years, and she was a member of the Fairhaven Church in Centerville.

Preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Ronald Thomas on January 6, 2024, her son Richard Kent Thomas on March 10, 2007, her daughter-in-law Bonnie Thomas and by her sister and brother-in-law Ruth Ann & Phil Greenland.

She is survived by her daughter Rhonda Thomas, her son Robert "Bob" Thomas, and by her sister Mary Ann Kniesly and husband William, as well as other relatives and friends.

Graveside Inurnment Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, October 3, 2025, at the Centerville Cemetery, 68 Maple Ave., Centerville, OH with Pastor Peter Bath officiating. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or to the Dayton VA Medical Center, 4100 West Third St., Dayton, OH 45428 in memory of Mrs. Alice B. Thomas. Arrangements entrusted to the Swart Funeral Home, West Carrollton.
